While we want to offer everything possible to make your stay a wonderful experience, there is NO LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC AFTER 10:00PM. NOISE TRAVELS EASILY IN THIS HILL COUNTRY, SO PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL TO OUR NEIGHBORS.
Smoking
No smoking inside the home, but feel free to smoke out back if you desire. An extra cleaning fee will be taken from the deposit if the housecleaners need extra cleaning due to smoke.

There is a first aid kit in every house in the following locations: Main House - laundry room, Guest House - kitchen cabinet, Studio - bathroom
