Check In
Check-in is at 3 PM on the day of your arrival.
Please let us know of any damages or things that are not working properly upon your arrival so I may address them ASAP
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11 am on the day of your departure.
Please leave used beds unmade so the housekeeper knows which sheets to wash and replace and place all trash in the trash bins by the front gate.
Locating the House
We are located at 4607 R O Drive, Spicewood, TX 78669. The front of our property is bordered by a light brown cedar fence, and you'll enter through our private black iron gate The code to open the gate is 1123. Once you enter you'll take the driveway up to the homes and pool area.
Accessing the House
The keys to the main house are under the mat at the front door and the keys for the other houses are under the mat at the back door to the main house. Please return the keys where you found them when you leave
Trash Cans
Trash cans are located throughout the house, trash bags can be found in the pantry, and large trash containers are located just inside the front gate. We just ask that you place your trash bags in the container when you leave.
Pool & Jaccuzzi
You can operate the jacuzzi manually by accessing the control box located on the side where you can increase the temperature, turn on/off the light and turn on/off the jets
The pool temperature during the summer months is in the 80s, fall and spring in the 70s. We do not currently have a pool heater for the winter months.
