Air Conditioning

Main House: There are 2 nest thermostats located in the master bedroom and to the left of the entry way. You can adjust the temperature by tapping the right side of the thermostat.

Guest House, Studio and Game Room - There are A/C units that are controlled by a remote that are placed in easily accessible locations.

Housekeeping and Maintenance

Plumber, Electrician, A/C, Heating and Handyman are available if there is ever an issue.

If you are staying with us for an extended period of time and wish to schedule housekeeping services, please let us know and we can discuss pricing and availability.

Laundry & Cleaning Supplies

Clean sheets and pillow cases can be found in the linen closet to the left of the entry way, across from the bathroom.

Clean bath and hand towels and washcloths are supplied in every bathroom.

Extra toilet paper and paper towels, trash bags and napkins are provided.  Paper towels, toilet paper,  trash bags and napkins can be found in the pantry/laundry room cabinets. Cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink.

First Aid, Iron/Ironing board, broom and mop are located in the laundry room.

Television

All TVs on the property are smart TVs with access to Netflix and Hulu. If you would like to login to another app with your personal account, please remember to logout if you do not want other guests to access these after your stay.
